movies from torrent

i am wondering if anyone can help me on this. I have been downloading a few movies from torrent clients and they are in rar file format or zip format. they come in a series of similar sized compressed rar format. now, how do i view the movie? do i have to unzip every single file and then select them all and click play? wouldn't there be breaks in between if i do so? greatly appreciate any help at all i can get on this.
